Non-EU customers are eligible for shopping without VAT, which is pretty high in Hungary (27%). The option is available only if, the package/shoes leave the territory of European Union.
Shopping personally in our showroom in Budapest, and you take your shoes outside of EU.
1. please notify us, that you are not a citizen of the EU
2. You have to pay the normal price (incl. 27% VAT)
3. You'll get an invoice and a VAT refund sheet.
4. At the aiport customs you have to ask for a stamp on the VAT refund sheet. This document will prove that the product has left the European Union.
5. When you arrive home, please send us back via post the refund sheet with the stamp.
6. When we receive it, we'll refund you the amount of VAT via Bank transfer, Paypal or to your Debit/Credit card within 2 weeks.
If you order a shoe in our showroom in Budapest, but you are not taking it with you (shipping), or order in e-mail
1. please notify us, that you are not a citizen of the EU
2. you have to pay the Net amount, so your prices are 27% lower from the beginning
In case of ordering in our webshop
Webshop automatically calculates your price (VAT free) depending on shipping target country. For EU company orders we'll refund you the amount of VAT.
